- A Texas special-ed teacher was fired after refusing to take a pledge never to boycott Israel or take any action that would penalize Israel economically. The oath, embedded in her employment contract, is just one example of the anti-BDS legislation flooding the US at the behest of Israel.
The state of Israel benefits to the tune of billions of dollars per year in US foreign aid. Instead of just gratefully accepting the annual welfare check, its lobbyists have also successfully demanded what amounts to veto power over US foreign policy.
