General directive: All individuals in Lincoln County are required to wear face coverings during any indoor public setting or outdoor public location where a person will be in within six feet of another individual, who does not share the same household.
Exceptions: “People of color who have heightened concerns about racial profiling and harassment due to wearing face coverings in public.”

Washington Post defends antifa at George Floyd riots.
Oren Segal, vice president of the Center on Extremism at ADL, emphasized, “It’s a challenge [to identify antifa] because this is not an organized group. You’re essentially looking to try to identify what does somebody believe in.” Antifa has been identified by patches, flags, graffiti and black clothing, Segal explained. And at times, they can be identifiable by moving in “black bloc” formation. But, Segal hedged, looking to identify antifa by these visual cues is “not foolproof.”
The Case AGAINST Economic Immigration Into The West – Canuck Law
It has been covered before about the problems that immigration bring related to cultural incompatibility. Importing large numbers of very different people — year after year — leads to balkanization and fragmentation of a society. Indeed, multiculturalism is a complete lie. It never works.
However, this article focuses on the economic harm that immigration brings to Western nations. The claims that globalist politicians and businesses make don’t stand up any level of scrutiny.
3 men, including sheriff’s worker in Ventura County, under investigation for vandalism of BLM sign
The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office said late Saturday that a large tarp painted with the letters “BLM” has been repeatedly damaged while on display for three week on a fence in the city of Thousand Oaks.
The owner placed a surveillance camera nearby to capture any damage, and posted one of the incidents on social media, the office said in a statement.
Detectives recognized one of the suspects as a sheriff’s office employee, prompting an investigation, the statement said.
So toppling statues, burning flags, spray painting public monuments is ok. But defacing BLM signs is not

NPR race baiting “news” – if you don’t want to get killed by a mob and drive through violent rioters, you’re a right wing fascist
Right-wing extremists are turning cars into weapons, with reports of at least 50 vehicle-ramming incidents since protests against police violence erupted nationwide in late May.
At least 18 are categorized as deliberate attacks; another two dozen are unclear as to motivation or are still under investigation, according to a count released Friday by Ari Weil, a terrorism researcher at the University of Chicago’s Chicago Project on Security and Threats. Weil has tracked vehicle-ramming attacks, or VRAs, since protests began.
“The use of car attacks against peaceful protesters is increasingly a deliberate terror tactic for white supremacists,” said Amy Spitalnick, executive director of Integrity First for America, a civil rights nonprofit

To White People Who Want to Be ‘One of the Good Ones’
There are a lot of reading lists being passed around among us whites. Besides books on racism and antiracism, there are documentaries to watch, conversations to unpack, privilege to be examined and a foreboding sense of work to be done.
We are determined to do that work and determined to let everyone know we are doing it. This work is deemed necessary so we can become better allies for black people in the fight for racial justice. There are so many anguished conversations among white people taking place right now about what to write on our protest signs, about that time we said that thing to a black friend and it changed the energy in the room, about whether rewatching the movie “The Help” counts as progress.
There is a frantic race to catch up, and that’s got to be the correct instinct, right? I mean, look at this moment in history. I swear, if I don’t do it right I’ll ask to speak to my own manager.
However, when I pause for a second I get a sneaking feeling that my ego is involved. I catch myself wanting to be “one of the good ones,” and I have to laugh at myself. Who exactly do I imagine is paying attention to me? Is somebody out there doling out points? Black people are being killed in broad daylight by the police, by actual representatives of the state, and I am fretting over the wording of an Instagram post.
One powerful lie that we were born into is that white people deserve different, better lives than anyone else.
NY Times fake news: Lumping all white people into one homogeneous group; check. Blaming all white people for the sins of a handful of them; check. Parroting lies about police shooting statistics; check.
Fear mongering, race baiting global news: “Canada has a well-established online ecosystem of right wing extremists who are advancing hatred towards minority groups,” a researcher says.
A new study claims to have found over 6,600 right-wing extremist channels, pages and accounts on social media linked to Canadians which have reached more than 11 million users globally, according to researchers in the U.K.
The study from the London-based Institute for Strategic Dialogue, which received funding from Public Safety Canada, examined thousands of accounts across seven different social media platforms from Facebook to Gab to examine how what they define as right-wing extremists in Canada, mobilize, harass opponents and recruit new members online.
They put out this bullshit while not uttering a peep about left wing terrorists antifa or BLM.

Wagner Schwartz received the first death threat two days after lying naked on the floor of a museum in São Paulo. It was October 2017 and the Brazilian artist had invited members of his audience, which included children, to adjust his body: move a limb, roll him over, that kind of thing. This was for a dance piece called La Bête, a work he had already staged many times at home and abroad. So it was a shock to suddenly find himself the target of an increasingly emboldened network of rightwing and evangelical Christian groups.
“Having children touching and being exposed to a naked strange man is wrong,” he says, but he does add: “Our legal institutions are the ones to deal with it.” Nonetheless, Schwartz was forced into hiding and, shortly after, boarded a flight to Paris. “I was frightened,” he says. “Justice in Brazil does not protect those who are threatened.

Fiscal impact per capita of men vs. women
- Figure 16 illustrates how women receive more government benefits than they pay into the system during the course of their lives in all but a short window from roughly age 40 to age 60. Even then, women receive far more government benefits than men.
- Figure 17 is the most damning, as it shows the cumulative fiscal impact per capita per sex. Women are a net drain on government resources (and therefore male taxpayers) from birth to death. Women end up with an average $150,000 lifetime deficit between what they pay into the system vs. what they take out of it!

White principal supports BLM, just disagrees with their methods – is fired for her opinion
“I firmly believe that Black Lives Matter, but I DO NOT agree with the coercive measures taken to get to this point across; some of which are falsified in an attempt to prove a point. While I want to get behind BLM, I do not think people should be made to feel they have to choose black race over human race. While I understand the urgency to feel compelled to advocate for black lives, what about our fellow law enforcement? What about all others who advocate for and demand equity for all? Just because I don’t walk around with a BLM sign should not mean I am a racist [sic]”
The board said the post displayed ” …ignorance, prejudice, and lack of judgment…” not supported by the group. It added that Riley made a second post on the subject which failed to show culpability or empathy.

Mainstream media now capitalizes ‘B’ when writing about black people
Sarah Glover, the former president of the National Association for Black Journalists, said “the time has come for all news media to capitalize the B in Black” in an open letter calling on The Associated Press to update its style guide.
Los Angeles Times journalist Erin B. Logan made the announcement that their newsroom was making the change on Tuesday, referring to a memo sent from the paper’s executive editor Norman Pearlstine. “The conversation taking place at The Los Angeles Times and across the country reflects a necessary and long overdue shift in thinking about racism,” he wrote. “Without exception The Times is opposed to racism.”

Black fragility and privilege: black students at Oxford offered special consideration in exams in wake of George Floyd killing
Black students at the University of Oxford who feel traumatised by the killing of George Floyd will be able to apply for a reduction in workload and special consideration in their exams.
The extra support was outlined in an open letter sent to students by the university on Monday.
Signed by the vice chancellor Louise Richardson and the heads of Oxford’s colleges, it was apparently sent in response to concerns raised about the welfare of black students, following the police killing of Mr Floyd in the US last month.
NPR: ‘There Is No Neutral’: ‘Nice White People’ Can Still Be Complicit In A Racist Society
For white people who have just recently recognized their own complicity in America’s racist systems and are looking to “fix” that — it’s not going to happen overnight.
“It’s a little bit like saying ‘I want to be in shape tomorrow’ …” says author Robin DiAngelo. “This is going to be a process.”
DiAngelo is the author of White Fragility: Why It’s So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism. The book came out in 2018 and is back on the bestseller lists as streets fill with protesters calling for an end to police violence against black people.
The status quo in the United States is racism, DiAngelo says, and “it is comfortable for me, as a white person, to live in a racist society.”
To sustain the momentum of these protests, DiAngelo says, it must become uncomfortable for white people to continue to benefit from racist systems.
“We’ve got to start making it uncomfortable and figuring out what supports we’re going to put in place to help us continue to be uncomfortable,” she says. “Because the forces of comfort are quite seductive.”

Men are healthier than men who were never married or whose marriages ended in divorce or widowhood. Men who have marital partners also live longer than men without spouses.
A major survey of 127,545 American adults found that married men are healthier than men who were never married or whose marriages ended in divorce or widowhood. Men who have marital partners also live longer than men without spouses; men who marry after age 25 get more protection than those who tie the knot at a younger age, and the longer a man stays married, the greater his survival advantage over his unmarried peers. But is marriage itself responsible for better health and longer life?
Although it’s hard to be sure, marriage seems to deserve at least part of the credit. Some have argued that self-selection would skew the results if healthy men are more likely to marry than men with health problems. But research shows the reverse is true: unhealthy men actually marry earlier, are less likely to divorce, and are more likely to remarry following divorce or bereavement than healthy men.
When liberals are taught about white privilege, they become less sympathetic to poor white people
a recent paper published in the Journal of Experimental Psychology: General suggests that the idea of white privilege may have an unexpected drawback: It can reduce empathy for white people who are struggling with poverty. The paper finds that social liberals—people who have socially liberal views on the major political issues—are actually less likely to empathize with a poor white person’s plight after being given a reading on white privilege.
The results surprised the researchers. Cooley had wondered if teaching a liberal person about white privilege would increase their sympathy for a poor black person who doesn’t benefit from it. But that’s not what happened.
“Instead, what we found is that when liberals read about white privilege . . . it didn’t significantly change how they empathized with a poor black person—but it did significantly bump down their sympathy for a poor white person,” she says.

Racist Boise City Councilwoman Lisa Sanchez anti-white rant after white teen arrested
To the parents (if they exist) of the white man, Michael D. Wallace,
I want to congratulate you on successfully having your son arrested, safely taken into custody by the Boise Police Department, and having him successfully bonded out of jail and home safe (not so sure about sound). You and your son won the race lottery! Many Black and Brown families do not enjoy the same experience. First, there is no way that a group of Black or Brown young people would be allowed to do what we all saw white youth doing in downtown Boise during and after the peaceful, MOURNFUL vigil. Groups of Black and Brown youth are given a name whether it is true or not–gangs. They are called gangs.
Your white child and the gun-wielding white youth are described as simply exercising their 1st and 2nd Amendment rights. Again, their whiteness allows this to go unchallenged, while Black and Brown people are subjected to harsh consequences and even killed for much less. Brown and Black parents would NEVER allow their children to do what your son did and thise other white youth did. We have too much reverence for the dead and the mourning to allow foolishness. In my Black, Mexican American Texas mother’s house, her rules for human decency superseded the rights of the land. She would have sat on me to keep me in the house before she allowed one of her children to visit hate and fear upon other people.
Michael didn’t accidentally bring a loaded gun that was easily discharged in a public place. He did that on purpose and he did it knowing that he could. He tested the boundaries of his white supremacy and privilege, and now he knows what his community will allow him to do–live through the night when he was the one who could have killed innocent people.
Love,
Lisa Sánchez

Double Standards: Politician, public figure and media coverage and reaction to the Capital Hill (Seattle) Autonomous Zone composed of leftists vs. the 2014 Bundy standoff composed of right wingers.

The ongoing dispute started in 1993, when, in protest against changes in grazing rules, Bundy declined to renew his permit for cattle grazing on BLM-administered public lands near Bunkerville, Nevada.[3] According to Bundy, the federal government lacks the constitutional authority to own vast tracts of lands, an argument repeatedly rejected by federal courts.

How the mainstream media defends, downplays and tries to shift blame away from Antifa

BBC UK “Seriously” program tries to defend their violence and paint them in a good light:
6: How violent are they?
Their willingness to use violence marks out Antifa from many other left-wing activists, although the Antifa members we spoke to said they denounce the use of weapons and violent direct action. They said if violence does occur, it’s as a form of self-defence. They also make historical arguments to justify their position. For instance, they ask, what if opponents of the German Nazi Party had been more forceful in their opposition in the 1930s, could World War Two and the Holocaust have been averted?
Antifa have been directly and sometimes physically confronting the far right on the streets and, in some cases, they have been successful in postponing, cutting short or cancelling rallies and speeches up and down America.
ABC News Literally quotes a far left Antifa member to get his opinion on the topic:
“It’s not one specific organization with a headquarters and a president and a chain of command,” said Mark Bray, a history professor at Rutgers University and author of “The Anti-Fascist Handbook.” “It’s a kind of politics. In a sense, there are plenty of antifa groups, but antifa itself is not a group.”
While Attorney General William Barr in a statement Sunday denounced “violence instigated and carried out by antifa and other similar groups,” the Justice Department as of Wednesday has not made public direct evidence showing widespread involvement by avowed antifa supporters in instigating the violent scenes that have unfolded throughout the U.S.
So they fact check Trump, but not the Antifa supporting guy whose opinion they use to tell people how great Antifa is.

NPR:
However, antifa, a loose network of left-wing activists who sometimes violently confront fascists and white supremacists, is more of a movement than a well-oiled organization.
“Antifa operates as a designation similar to the way someone might describe themselves as a punk rocker,” Donovan says.
Still, Donovan says there’s been a lot of disinformation coming out about antifa in recent days, including from President Donald Trump and his attorney general, William Barr. Both assert the movement is behind the violence at rallies across the country, and Trump threatened to list antifa as a domestic terrorist organization.
NPR has reviewed court documents of 51 individuals facing federal charges in connection with the unrest. As of Tuesday morning, none is alleged to have links to the antifa movement.
- Barr explains why: “We have some investigations underway, very focused investigations on certain individuals that relate to Antifa,” Barr said. “But in the initial phase of identifying people and arresting them, they were arrested for crimes that don’t require us to identify a particular group or don’t necessitate that.”
Professor suspended after refusing lenient marking of black students
A professor at the University of California in Los Angeles has been suspended and placed under police protection after he rejected his non-black students’ appeals for him to be lenient with his black students.
Gordon Klein, an accounting professor in the Anderson School of Business, where he has been teaching for 39 years, was suspended by the university for three weeks beginning on June 25.
The Malibu Police Department reportedly has an increased police presence outside Klein’s home after multiple threats, which were made after a student, Emilia Martinez, posted an email exchange online.
A petition to have Klein removed has gained almost 20,000 signatures.
The petition seeks Klein’s firing as a result of his ‘extremely insensitive, dismissive, and woefully racist response to his students’ request for empathy and compassion during a time of civil unrest.’
The story began when a group of students, who described themselves as ‘non-black allies’ of their black peers, wrote to Klein asking for him to effectively cancel the final exams for black students.
They requested a ‘no-harm’ final exam that could only benefit students’ grades, and for shortened exams and extended deadlines for final assignments and projects.
The students wrote that, in light of recent ‘traumas, we have been placed in a position where we much choose between actively supporting our black classmates or focusing on finishing up our spring quarter’.
Klein wrote back and declined their request, composing an email that some students felt was mocking them.
‘Thanks for your suggestion in your email below that I give black students special treatment, given the tragedy in Minnesota,’ he wrote.
‘Do you know the names of the classmates that are black? How can I identify them since we’ve been having online classes only?
‘Are there any students that may be of mixed parentage, such as half black-half Asian?
The dean of Anderson School of Business, Antonio Bernardo, agreed with Martinez.
He sent an email to students on Monday calling Klein’s behavior ‘troubling’.
He has also reportedly extended the time students have to complete exams given the ‘difficult circumstances’.
Canada’s (and the United Kingdom’s) real history of slavery and racism doesn’t fit “Black Lives Matter” ‘white people bad’ narrative
Well, under Queen Victoria and beyond, the United Kingdom spent a century fighting against slavery. They dispatched the Royal Navy, the greatest military force in the world at the time, to do it.
Yet during this week’s riots, a statue of Queen Victoria was desecrated. Protesters spray painted “BLM” and “Murderer” on it, along with “slave owner” and “slag.”
Did Queen Victoria kill blacks and enslave blacks? No, and neither did President Abraham Lincoln, who freed four million slaves after the bloodiest war in U.S. history. Neither did Winston Churchill who led the west against Nazi Germany.
Yet all their statues were targeted.
“An Act for the Abolition of the Slave Trade” was passed in Parliament in 1807. It didn’t ban slavery itself in the British Empire. But it banned the slave trade. So if you were already a slave, it did not free you. But it was a direct attack on the industry of slavery, the capturing of slaves and their shipment to slave auctions. It was the starter pistol for the Royal Navy’s Great War on slave-traders.
The Royal Navy set up a special fleet just for the purpose of stopping slave ships, the West Africa Squadron. It was fully one-sixth of the entire Royal Navy.
Over the course of 50 years, the West Africa Squadron seized 1,600 different slave ships. They freed 150,000 Africans who were being shipped to slave markets. This was not in the economic interests of Britain or the colonies. This was purely done as a moral expression of Christian ideology, in the face of evil.
Did you know, for example, that the British Empire literally paid to liberate every slave in their empire?
They didn’t have a civil war; they didn’t kill half a million of their own souls in a bloody battle over slavery. They emancipated all the salves, by paying out their slave owners, redeeming the slaves, as the Bible tells Christians to do.
The British Empire borrowed £20 million back in 1833, to do this. Today that would be approximately one hundred billion British pounds, or a quarter of a trillion Canadian dollars.

The Protests Come for ‘Paw Patrol’ A backlash is mounting against depictions of “good cops,” on television and in the street.
“Paw Patrol” is a children’s cartoon about a squad of canine helpers. It is basically a pretense for placing household pets in a variety of cool trucks. The team includes Marshall, a firefighting Dalmatian; Rubble, a bulldog construction worker; and Chase, a German shepherd who is also a cop. In the world of “Paw Patrol,” Chase is drawn to be a very good boy who barks stuff like “Chase is on the case!” and “All in a police pup’s day!” as he rescues kittens in his tricked-out S.U.V.
But last week, when the show’s official Twitter account put out a bland call for “Black voices to be heard,” commenters came after Chase. “Euthanize the police dog,” they said. “Defund the paw patrol.” “All dogs go to heaven, except the class traitors in the Paw Patrol.”
Last week, Tom Scharpling, an executive producer of “Monk,” criticized his own show on Twitter: “If you — as I have — worked on a TV show or movie in which police are portrayed as lovable goofballs, you have contributed to the larger acceptance that cops are implicitly the good guys.” Griffin Newman, an actor who appeared in two episodes of “Blue Bloods” as a detective, donated his $11,000 in earnings to a bail fund, inspiring other actors who have played cops to do the same.
LEGO has halted marketing on its “LEGO City Police Station” and “Police Highway Arrest” sets. A&E has pulled its reality show “Live PD” from the schedule. On Tuesday night, “Cops,” the show that branded suspects as “bad boys” and spawned the whole genre of crime reality television, was canceled after 32 seasons.
“Black Lives Matter” vs. “All Lives Matter, “White Lives Matter” or “It’s OK to be white” messages

NYC Will Paint ‘Black Lives Matter’ On Streets In All 5 Boroughs
NEW YORK—Mayor de Blasio announced the City will begin street co-namings and street paintings in all five boroughs to commemorate the Black Lives Matter movement. The Administration will work with the City Council to advance legislation to co-name one street in each borough “Black Lives Matter”, and will work with community activists to paint each street.
“The streets of our city will now affirm the vital work activists have done to bring us forward,” said Mayor Bill de Blasio. “With a street in every borough painted with the words Black Lives Matter, we are recognizing where we have been and looking forward to where we will go.”
The project will begin in Manhattan near City Hall. The other four locations will be determined in conjunction with the City Council.
“Renaming and repainting a street is a modest testament to the massive challenge ahead of us,” said Manhattan Borough President Gale A. Brewer. “But in so doing we will, literally, set down a marker for our current goals and mark this era for future generations. I’m a history buff; as New Yorkers and visitors walk downtown past some of America’s most historic landmarks, ‘Black Lives Matter Way’ will add to that history.”

Democrat Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot to Ald. Raymond Lopez who wanted answers about why she let the city burn during George Floyd protests: “I think you’re 100% full of s***, is what I think,”
“When downtown is in lockdown, our neighborhoods are next, and our failure to fully get ready for what’s going on in the neighborhoods, we’re seeing this destruction, and we’re thinking that it’s going to somehow end tonight. We have seen where, in other cities, this has gone on for days; and we need to come up with a better plan for days, at least for the next five days, to try and stabilize our communities,” Lopez said.
The aldermen said parts of the Back of the Yards and Brighton Park neighborhoods in his ward had become “a virtual warzone.”
Lopez said he feared looters would eventually start targeting homes after ransacking businesses throughout the city.
“Once they’re done looting and rioting and whatever’s going to happen tonight, God help us, what happens when they start going after residents? Going into the neighborhoods? Once they start trying to break down people’s doors, if they think they’ve got something,” he said.
When Lopez finished talking on the conference call, Lightfoot declined to respond, and tried to move on to another alderman, but Lopez demanded an answer.
“It’s not something you ignore. This is a question that I have,” Lopez said.
“I think you’re 100% full of s***, is what I think,” Lightfoot said.
‘Blue Lives Matter’ Website Removed By Media Company After Complaints
We launched Blue Lives Matter a few years ago with the vision of honoring the lives of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty and celebrating the many acts of heroism, kindness and public service to our community.
The name of our site came to be interpreted by some as something it wasn’t intended. Additionally, our community forum — as the last two weeks painfully illustrated — has been overrun by people more focused on division and hate rather than constructive, civil conversation.
We have millions of participants on our website each month who are respectful and committed to civil discussions, and our journalists have worked very hard, for years, to report fact-based stories that were not otherwise available. Unfortunately, especially with recent events, it has become impossible to manage the influx of others who have come here to spew racist comments and encourage violence. They have, quite frankly, destroyed the vision and intent of our media platform.
Additionally, we joined Maven because we bought into the vision that diverse voices on the issues should come together into a civilized coalition of professionals, so consumers could participate in meaningful and respectful discussions and learn from reading stories from every possible point of view. Outside forces have ruined the opportunity for our community.
As a result, we are taking a temporary step back on the website and are making new plans and tactics to move forward and fulfill our original vision and mission. Our plan is to return on a separate platform, but with a new name, new controls on community moderation and a new focus on guardrails to allow for free but civil speech. To that end, we will need volunteers to help us moderate our community. Please submit your e-mail below if you are interested in helping.
Veteran police officer on the current situation. “I wouldn’t wish this job on my worst enemy. I would never send anyone I cared about into the hell that this profession has become”
The mentally ill used to get treatment and now they just send cops. Kids used to be taught respect and now it’s cool to be disrespectful.
Supervisors used to back you when you were right but now they accuse you of being wrong in order to appease crazy people.
Parents used to get mad at their kids for getting arrested and now they get mad at us.
The media used to highlight the positive contribution our profession gave to society and now they either ignore it or twist the truth for controversy to line their own pockets.
There used to be a common respect among criminals. If they got caught, they understood you had a job to do but now it’s our fault they sit in handcuffs rather than their own personal decisions.
If someone attacked a cop, they were seen as such. Now we martyr them and sue for millions.
I’ve seen cops help and save any type of race, gender or ethnicity you can think of and while that used to mean something, no one cares anymore.
Despite that, it’s been the greatest opportunity of my life to do this job. I would have recommended it to anyone and I secretly hoped one of my kids would do it one day.
They would have been a 4th Generation Cop.
But today, all of that is over. I wouldn’t wish this job on my worst enemy. I would never send anyone I cared about into the hell that this profession has become.
It’s the only job you can do everything right and lose everything.
HBO Removes ‘Gone With the Wind’, Erasing First Black Woman to Win an Oscar
HBO Max said the 1939 film was “a product of its time” and depicted “ethnic and racial prejudices” that “were wrong then and are wrong today,” reports BBC News.
The controversy centers around a depiction of slave characters who are content to stay with their owners after slavery is abolished (something that did happen and is not historically inaccurate).
The film’s removal takes on an added layer of ludicrousness when you consider that in deleting the movie, HBO has also erased the first black female Oscar winner from history.
Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler offered all city of Portland employees 40 hours of uncontested bereavement leave to mourn 400 years of African-American oppression
Wheeler made the announcement in a June 8 email to city employees. The offer came after more than a week of large protests over police brutality, including the death of African-American George Floyd at the hands of Minneapolis police.
